Looking for a boarding barn within a 40 minute drive to Tufts that caters to trail riders. I am hoping to find individual turnout (preferable) and miles and miles of trails/extensive trail system accessible directly off property for endurance training (required). Any leads would be appreciated! thanks in advance!

There are a variety of trails with very nice up and down slopes right next to what used to be Mt. Misery in Sherborn. We spent the previous year using them for exactly that purpose. The trails run near Farm Pond and the beach parking lot. It's a great way to give a young horse some exposure to "scary" things.

You might try Lost Meadow Farm in Lancaster, MA. I believe it had extensive trails access; it also has an indoor, which can help with fitness.
