Wondering if you did it yourself, costs, input from mistakes you learned from?

Hmmm, seems like a welding job that I wouldn't want to do.
Unless you were thinking about using plastic fence components ?
I wouldn't do that, the sort of things that sometimes happen in round pens are probably BAD inside plastic fencing.

One tip for setting up;
Decide on center, drive a stake (or tent peg).
Tie a rope around it, measure out the radius, tie a loop in the rope.
Put another stake through the loop and scratch out your circle.
Unlikely that you will be "spot on", but you will be able to move only the points that are off and know that you are the same amount inside or outside a known good circle.

Iím not looking to weld one. Iím not starting mustangs nor do I have any wild fence testing beasties! Just looking for a basic round pen. Curious about what others have done, used or set up and what the approximate costs involved were. Iíve seen/used ones made of specific round pen gate type panels. Iíve also used ones with big heavy walls built in to the ground to not move or be escaped by any living being.

I did. We are wrapping up our 30 day trial and doing some clicker training ground work.

Yes, I built one with 2" or 2.5" white tape and fiberglass posts.
Not electrified.
Worked well with Arabians.
Went to a round pen with my Mustang......
